Foods good, even if you tell them your eating there they don't service you and it's put in a to-go container.”

“Ordered the 9 Piece only got eight pieces of misshapen wing dings almost no butter on my Texas toast. And my burger was smashed up balled up in aluminum foil, which totally flatten the bun. Burger was cooked good though.”

“Bought some chill cheese fries, waited for 20mins. Then when I got to the window she didnt remember my order. End up giving me some chili cheese fries cold with two slice of cheese on top not melted smh. This my second time trying them. Im so good on them. I wont be spending no more money there”

“I went to this coney for something quick before heading home. First I was being rushed while ordering. Then my order came out to be 52 dollars and 65 cents. I pull up waited about ten mins and give the lady 60 dollars, she put the change in the window and the food I get the food and forgot the change, but while checking the food I went in Gradys for more silverware and the same lady from the drive tournament and ask did I need anything I said yes two more silverware, she gave them to me and said have a nice day. But never mentioned i left my change in the drive Thur window. I left then drove back for a Receipt and my Change to only get 6 dollar and 35 cent. Smh either she can't count or she kept a tip! Then the food was rushed like they could switch the oil in the fryer chicken was cooked in old grease and use actual cheese sauce for loaded fries and not shredded cheese. And one of my kids who got a grill cheese didn't eat it cause it was burnt. All jokes aside these was a bad experience for it to be my first time. All I ordered was 2 loaded fries 6 chicken stripes and a grilled cheese.”

“Terrible experience

Went in to pee but a sign was on the restroom door said "for paying customers"

Conversation was terrible with the cashier. I was speaking clearly and loud enough directly at the window but everytime I spoke she would say "huh?" Like she couldn't hear me making me constantly have to repeat myself. She had colorful hair.
After I finally was able to complete my order, i was met by more rude behavior from her and a coworker of hers (another woman with glasses).

I'm sitting eating my grits and the cashier with colorful hair was taking an older gentleman's order who rolled in on what appeared to be a hoverround.
She had less issue with his order even though he was far from the protective glasses (due to his sitting position) and he spoke with a lower tone. She said "huh" to him but it was less flagrant than it was when I was at the window directly with a clear concise tone.

All in all, horrible experience.”

“Bacon dry, hash browns not cooked AT ALL no season, Pancakes black, burger was dry, fries no salt… Yeah it was drunk hours, but nah. That’s unacceptable”
